BUDDY IS HAVING SURGERY ON MONDAY

Many of you know that my Buddy dog got a diagnosis of severe gingivitis and infection was severe. So severe that it was a concern that he might have Kidney problems. I got the first cost analysis at HV Animal Hospital. I FREAKED OUT right in front of the Vet and grabbed Buddy and fled the scene. It was ridiculous the amount of money they wanted. So I did some investigation on the issues Buddy was having and talked to a Vet in my Rotary Club as while as a Retired Vet that comes into the Court frequently. I got a referral for a Vet in Kennedale, South of Arlington. Her name is Nancy Bozeman. She was fantastic. She give me a detailed printout of Buddy's situation and we discussed the cost. We compared the costs to her charges and determined that the Clients for HV can handle the triple charges. I however can not handle triple charges. So in short buddy is getting all his needs taken care of at a fourth the cost of HV. Same procedures, same Anastasia, same medication and aftercare is included. HV would have charge me for aftercare. I have found in Kennedale what I loved so much about Lewisviile that is lost. And that's the Small Town Atmosphere and professionals that do a fair job for a fair price. Why do we continue to accept these high prices. More of us need to seek out the Small Town professionals. They are more detailed and spend time with you. Ms. Bozeman was with Buddy for 1 hour. I felt like the proud parent of a toddler. She asked all the questions that a pediatrician would have asked a parent of a child. She also gave me some suggestions for prevention methods to increase Buddy's longevity. Over all Buddy's health is good. By taking care of this issue now I will increase his life by as much as 4 years. AMAZING !!! Prayer Requests going out for my Beloved Pet, Buddy.
