FEB 29th LAST DAY OF VACATION

Have so many more pictures but will post them at a later date. My last day in Chicago was fun. Sad to leave the RINGS FAMILY but ready to get home to my pup, Buddy. I got up late 6:30 AM hahaha (Early Bird) and got ready to fly out. Took some last minute pics and packed my bag. I must note here I did not follow the Rule in that you took all your important stuff on your carry on bag. I dumped everything in my bag. I said Goodbye to Doug. Did I mention Doug was in Dallas while I was visiting his Family and eating his food. My limo ride was ready. I piled into the limo.
I just want to say here that Joey is such a sweet young man to pick me up from Airport and take me back to the Airport. I felt very safe with his driving. Joey is an excellent DRIVER.
Of coarse we had to stop one least time at Starbucks for this time a Venti Mocha Skinny Latte with 2 Equals Extra Hot and a Low Fat Blueberry Coffee Cake. YUMBO
Arrived at the airport early checked my bag in, got my boarding pass, found B1 where my plane was leaving. Then decided to walk the entire terminal for exercise. Along my walk purchased some souvenirs. Hopped on the plane and off to Kansas City. Arrived in Kansas City and waited for the passengers from there to load and head for Dallas. I had a window seat. I observed the Plane Rule #1 by never looking friendly so that no one would sit in the middle seat. You all know that Rule. I had to take a peek to see if all passengers were seated so I peeked. And what did I see. I very handsome man sitting in the aisle seat across from me. I steered until he made eye contact with me. We were in awe. The man was my BFF's Husband from Dallas, Mr. Darren Huggins. So happy to see him. We talked a bit and then we were in Dallas. Darren and I go to baggage claim to retrieve our bags. Darren gets his bag. No bag for me. We wait......No bag.....Airport employee comes to help us look for bag....Here's where Darren abandons me "Bagless in Dallas." I go to baggage claim and there is another man looking for his golf club bag. I felt so sorry for him. He was mad. I know how much golf clubs cost so I wasn't so upset about my Victoria Secret Thongs and Bras...hehehhe and other stuff like all my freaking makeup and my cell phone charger......Came home and at 6:30 got a call from Airport, they have my bag. Yippee!!! Just to note here I started adding up the loss from all the stuff in my bag and stopped at 3,000. Can you believe that. To replace just the things I felt were important $3,000 dollars. I'll be back later to post more vacation stuff. I am home and my pup is so glad to see me. We are going to go for a long car ride together on Saturday. That's WHAT we DO.

OH so glad you got the $3000 dollar bag back! Buddy looks so sweet. Dave says this cop friend's parents have a litter of dachsaund puppies and are GIVING THEM AWAY-- We may get one if that's the case. My kids would be in Easter Heaven! (thinking of surprising them for Easter!) The only thing is.. I am really allergic- what to do? Shall I live on Zyrtec and Claritin for all of my days or deny my kids the experience of loving a pet? Really-- it's a dilemma for me!

The kids want the pets and promise to take care of them and the Mom always ends up taking care of the pets. Trust me on this one. If you want a dog get one YOU are not allergic to. Are you allergic to all dogs or just weiner dogs?
