BOOK OF ETIQUETTE BUT NOTHING ON BLOGGING ETIQUETTE

Question about Blog Etiquette its not in my 1978 Edition of Amy Vanderbilt's Book of Etiquette. Do you answer questions bloggers ask you on your blog or their blog? And do you answer questions bloggers e-mail you on your blog? Cause if one person wonders wouldn't everyone wonder about the same thing. Does that make sense? Anybody out there today.
