Hope you all are having a Fun Relaxing Day at Home with Family or Friends. I was up early for a walk with Buddy (one of my New Year's Life Style Changes. Planning on watching the Rose Bowl Parade in AM and off to the movies in PM. Going to see Benjamin Button (no haten here P. You know I'm talking about ya.) Tonight off to see Luke and Hannah for New Year's.
I have just a few New Year's Life Style Changes. I'm posting these because I need accountability. So if you see me on the street ask me how I am doing with one of my changes. I seem to have a real problem with sticking with these same changes every year. I do great for about a month and then I SLACK. Yes, I'm a SLACKER in some areas of my life, hard to believe but TRUE. Life Style Changes listed are in no particular order and one is not anymore important than the others. ALL COUNT. I tried to pick one in each area of the following:
Mental, Physical, Emotional, Financial and Spiritual.
* Walk at least 30 minutes 4 times a week every week. (NO EXCUSES)
* The always and forever Eat Healthier. (Going back to Weight Watchers. The plan that works.)
* Get rid of more STUFF that I do not use and have been hanging on to for some reason.
* Join a Bible Study Group or a New Small Group with Fellowship Church.
* Save more Money. Stop the useless purchases of "ME STUFF." I have all I need.
* When an opportunity arises perform a Random Act of Kindness.
* Settle on one area of Volunteering. Stop jumping from one to another. Be consistent.
* Work more on my Relationships. I need to be the one that calls others more.
* Make time for one of my Hobbies at least once a week.
* Take a class to expand my brain cells. Thinking about a class on Nature....Butterflies, Bugs etc.

I saw Valkyrie over the holidays... I thought it was very good!
